Dehler Magic

About Dehler Magic

Dehler Magic is a Dehler 39 based at Airlie Beach, Whitsundays, Queensland. Launched in 2000, Dehler Magic has been campaigned in the likes of the Sydney-Southport, Mooloolaba-Airlie Beach, Dent to Dunk coastal classics.

By day, Dehler Magic operates in the Whitsundays as a fast comfortable bare boat cruising yacht with Cumberland Charter Yachts. By night she converts to a solid ocean racing platform for local major events such as the Airlie Beach Race Week, Hamilton Island Race Week and Whitsunday Offshore Yacht Racing Circuit Series (WOYRC Series).

In 2006, Dehler Magic was the PHS winner of Airlie Beach Race Week, 2nd on countback in 2005, and 3rd in 2004. She has also accounted a series win in the WOYRC series and other local events.

Inspired by the efforts of other local boat, "Another Fiasco" completing Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race 2006, Dehler Magic is entered in the Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race 2007.
